  4. Horrah! Hands Waving to Gallaudet's Green project!

Hopefully, any plastic will become forbidden one day. It doesn't help our Green environment at all. They are difficult to be destroyed or dissolved.

  5. Gallaudet Cafeteria is definitely becoming a positive role model for public schools and students. Great video!

  6. FYI - video re-compressed and uploaded with ending credits (names of people in video and their positions), hopefully easier to view for everyone this time :)

  7. so cool! Actually perhaps one thing the cafeteria could consider doing is doing away with trays altogether. More and more universities are going this route as less food is wasted that way.

Unfortunately a lot of k-12 schools are starting to use styrofoam trays as they are cheaper ($20 for 500 trays) and do not require water and employees to wash them.
