This is a 2-part Detoxification workshop that includes 2 weeks of detox supplements, meal/recipe ideas and lifestyle recommendations to assist in the removal of toxins.

Dr. Donna will discuss:

-How and where detoxification occurs in the body
-How to recognize sources and symptoms of toxicity
-Foods that assist in toxin removal.
-Instructions for a 2-week dietary and lifestyle detox home program
